DATABASE OPTIMISATION

The HRL Lookup is a tool used to find out the state of users mobile, so much so that, once the identity and the data of subscribers are obtained you can locate the user as and when you wish* to call them. This tool is very useful to optimise databases as it provides information such as if the mobile has been switched off for over 48 hours, if it has no signal, which operator it belongs to etc. This way, if a company would like to do a mass advertising send using their database, through hrl Lookup they can identify the mobiles that they suspect will not receive the advertising message. With this tool, *the database is cleaned and the cost per impact reduces, due to not having to send adverts to mobile that are not operating.

Approximately between 10 and 14% of mobile numbers in a database generated in 1 whole year are shown as switched off in the last 48 hours, for example, this may mean that they are not normally used or that the numbers are no longer in use. Due to the risk that the latter carries in ruling out potential customers, this tool has not been used much in the past, although it has been around for a while. Froggie is specialised in using this tool to clean and optimise client’s databases given that these numbers are not ruled out permanently, but treated separately, retesting their status by other means before ruling them out officially. With this tool it is assured that the cost of sending messages to active phones is reduced by approximately 20%, to identify and dismiss the inactive numbers, advertising campaigns will be processed differently, only paying for those that have actually received the advertising.

Furthermore, Froggie is pioneer in using push video calls as a database optimisation tool, whereby customers receive a call which on answering an audio video appears showing an advert, allowing the message to directly reach the target audience, maximizing the response level, the impact per impression and proportionally the result curve.
